Training Confluence Standards
We are going to be using a platform called LMS365 (LMS365) Everyone who has access to this article has admin access on the this platform. This document will cover the standards we set for training materials
Standards
Each document created on Confluence needs to follow the below standards:
Headers:
Introduction (h2)
Explain the purpose of the training document
Prerequisites (h3) OPTIONAL
List out articles from confluence that this training blocks
Reference LMS training courses
Topics (h2)
These modules should be no more than 3-4 paragraphs long and provide specific training for said module
Example: What is an IP Camera?, VideoEdge licensing
Please include a “Key point“ for each module that summarizes the content in a bite-size chunk
Review/Break points (h2)
Place these at key points through out the training
Please grab all key points and list them in a section for a review page before the quiz
For every hour of book training, find a spot to put a break point
Term Glossary (h2)
Table at bottom of document that displays terms from training
Quiz per each section (h2)
3-5 questions per section
End of Module Test (h2)
20 questions
